Drawing inspiration from the Seven Stages of Hatha Yoga, Chris has created a 40-day immersion designed as a genuine journey of self-realisation.
Over these 40 days, we explore the traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga framework of Moon, Sun, and Fire, a system that reveals how practice progressively refines the body, breath, and mind. Through this lens, the challenge supports you in uncovering hidden aspects of yourself and reconnecting with who you truly are beneath conditioning and habit.
The Seven Stages of Hatha begin with Purification and Strengthening, which are woven throughout the entire program. From there, we move into the deeper stages:
• Calming & Stability (Moon)
• Sensitivity & Expansion (Sun)
• Illumination & Self-Realisation (Fire)
The Fire stage includes the deeper energetic principles of Rudrani and Sushumna. The Sacred Fire and Sacred Stream, guiding practice beyond the physical and into direct experience.
Throughout the challenge, you will develop a lived understanding of this system through asana, pranayama, and meditation, supported by consistent daily practice either in-studio or online.

This challenge is an invitation to commit, refine, and rediscover, step by step, breath by breath, over 40 intentional days.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. In such case a credit note will be held on your account. Late cancellations & no shows incur full fee. Fully booked/sold out workshops will only be credited if the place can be transferred to another student.
