Embodied4™ — A 4-Week Prenatal Program

Four weeks. Twice a week. Prenatal movement, birth preparation and nervous system support, in a small group of women walking the same path.
By now you've probably read the books and done a birth class. You know the stages of labour, you've practised the breathing on paper. But there's a difference between knowing a tool and being able to reach for it when it counts. Embodied4™ is built for that gap — a space to actually feel these tools in your body, rehearse them week after week alongside other women preparing for the same thing, and walk away with them in your muscles, not just your notes.
Every class covers new ground, but certain breath, movement and nervous system tools are rehearsed again and again — so by birth, they're second nature.
The weekly themes
Week 1 — Your Inner Foundation: breath, pelvic floor and deep core
Week 2 — Everyday Movement: rituals that ease the aches and keep you strong
Week 3 — Birth Preparation, Body & Mind: mindset, breath and labour positions
Week 4 — The Fourth Trimester: rest, breathwork and gentle reconnection

Suitable across trimesters for low-risk pregnancies. Led by Bianca Ducharme — Women's Health Pilates Specialist, Birth Doula, prenatal and postpartum exercise specialist and prenatal yoga teacher.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. In such case a credit note will be held on your account. Late cancellations & no shows incur full fee. Fully booked/sold out workshops will only be credited if the place can be transferred to another student.
