June is Men’s Mental Health Month — a time to raise awareness, break the stigma, and encourage honest conversations around the challenges men face. Many tools support mental wellbeing, from physical movement and time in nature to brotherhood, therapy, and cutting back on unhealthy habits. But one of the most powerful tools for a calm and stable mind is the practice of yoga.
Join Chris from Bhav for a Men’s Only Yoga Practice — a 2-hour session including a short talk, asana, breath-work, and meditation. You’ll explore how the mind works and learn ancient yogic techniques to find clarity, resilience, and inner strength. This is more than just movement — it’s a space to feel, reflect, and reconnect.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. In such case a credit note will be held on your account. Late cancellations & no shows incur full fee. Fully booked/sold out workshops will only be credited if the place can be transferred to another student.
