Medicine Melodies
Is a beautiful phrase – it often refers to sacred or healing melodies used to restore balance, peace and connection, emotional release, energetic alignment or spiritual awakening.
Yoga of the Voice
Is sound as yoga, creating a regular vocal practice to beautify and strengthen the voice.
YOV becomes a path and awakening through sound. Your voice a scared instrument for communion. Sound turns into prayer, a mantra, or a living meditation.
All of this with the nurturing and support of group heart energy.
This work is profound, allowing our wisdom to transform, heal, receive, release and resolve through the vibration of the healing frequencies& resonance.
This is an experiential retreat and if you are shy about singing this day is for you!! If you are happy with your voice and would like to develop your ability to vocalise, this day is for you.
Also for healing practitioners who wish to include the healing voice in your work.
