A YIN EXPERIENCE — Unravel the Layers
Join Chris for a profound 3-hour Yin Experience. This immersion blends 90 minutes of soulful teaching with 90 minutes of deeply embodied Yin practice, guiding you into the subtle layers of who you truly are.
Yin Yoga gives us what the rest of life often doesn’t: time, space, stillness, and the permission to unravel.
As the body softens, the breath slows, and the mind begins to quieten, the deeper aspects of the self naturally rise to the surface. This is where real insight, healing, and understanding live.
In this experience, you will explore the Kosha model — the five layers of human experience — and learn how Yin Yoga becomes a profound vehicle for meeting each one:
Annamaya Kosha — understanding the physical body through stillness, sensation, and supported shapes
Pranamaya Kosha — feeling the movement of prana through breath and subtle energy pathways
Manomaya Kosha — observing the emotional and mental patterns that surface in long-held poses
Vijnanamaya Kosha — accessing inner wisdom, intuition, and the quiet guidance within
Anandamaya Kosha — touching the essence of peace, spaciousness, and deep rest
You’ll walk away with a clearer sense of who you are beyond the surface, and how Yin Yoga can be a transformative tool for self-inquiry, meditation, and energetic balance.
This experience is ideal for:
Anyone wanting to experience Yin in its traditional, energetic, and introspective form
Practitioners craving depth, slowness, personal insight, and the energetics behind Yin
Students considering the full Yin Yoga Teacher Training and wanting a taste of the philosophy and methodology
Expect to learn, reflect, soften, release, and reconnect.
This is more than a practice — it’s an invitation to meet yourself.
