This 4-hour immersion is designed to take your practice beyond the physical and into the deeper layers of yoga,  energy, mind, and consciousness.

Blending simple, guided practices with clear and practical teaching, Mark shares over 45 years of experience in a way that is accessible, grounded, and directly applicable to your life.

This is a space to slow down, step out of the usual patterns of stress and mental noise, and reconnect with a deeper understanding of your practice.

You’ll leave with greater clarity, a stronger sense of inner stability, and a clearer direction in both your yoga and your life.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. In such case a credit note will be held on your account. Late cancellations & no shows incur full fee. Fully booked/sold out workshops will only be credited if the place can be transferred to another student.
