EKADASI KRIYA | 11-DAY INTERMEDIATE PRANAYAMA PURIFICATION PRACTICE

Ekadasi Kriya is a profound pranayama practice undertaken over 11 consecutive days. Using specific breath ratios traditionally developed and refined over generations, the practice invites us to explore the deeper layers of the subconscious mind and bring awareness to patterns that may influence our thoughts, emotions and behaviour.

Unresolved experiences from the past can shape limiting beliefs, habitual thought patterns and held tension in the body. Through conscious breathing, self-inquiry and steady observation, Ekadasi Kriya creates space to meet these patterns with greater clarity, compassion and awareness.

This online version of Ekadasi Kriya will run over 12 days. The additional day is dedicated to introducing the process and practising the complementary three-day follow-up technique, which supports the gradual rebalancing of the nervous system after the main practice.

Day 1 will be an introduction and orientation. We will begin the formal practice on Day 2, with the first session taking approximately 10 minutes. Each day will gradually increase in duration as additional rounds of breath are introduced. The final day may take approximately one hour.

This process requires full commitment. Ekadasi Kriya is a powerful and demanding practice that should be approached with sincerity, determination, humility and respect. It is not designed to be attended intermittently; participants are expected to attend every session and follow the complete process.

This is a deeply transformative practice for those who feel ready to explore their breathing, thought patterns and relationship with themselves—and to make meaningful changes in the way they live.
