DISCOVER QIGONG Saturday 16th August 11am -12.30pm $35
During this Qigong class, you will experience a slow and nourishing sequence of movement meditations to relax and let go of the stresses of the week. These qigong styles will help to balance your body and stimulate its self healing abilities, while also providing a clearing of your meridians and energy centres. This class offers a more gentle flow to help you ground and re-centre and is accessible to all body types and levels of mobility. The focus is not on a deep stretch, but rather a more meditative and embodied style of mindful movement.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. In such case a credit note will be held on your account. Late cancellations & no shows incur full fee. Fully booked/sold out workshops will only be credited if the place can be transferred to another student.
