Explore the art of touch through movement, play and connection. This 2.5hr workshop offers an introduction to Zenthai Shiatsu - a holistic bodywork practise based upon the elemental principals of Chinese Medicine.
Through solo movement, partner play and guided bodywork, we will learn how to move with intention, presence, and sensitivity, allowing us to cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves and others. By exploring the threads of Zenthai Shiatsu, we will discover how to listen to the body's wisdom and support its natural ability to heal.
Whether you are a bodywork practitioner looking to expand your skillset or someone interested in exploring new ways to connect with your body and others, this workshop is an opportunity to delve into the transformative power of movement and touch.
