Chris will lead you with his wisdom into the heart of traditional pranayama and meditation practice. This course is to deepen your understanding of ancient traditional techniques, with a focus on both personal gain and the ability to guide others.
Meditation isn't just about quieting the mind, it’s about guiding the mind through specific entry points, known as the three gates. These gates serve as portals to deeper states of awareness. Discover how the physical posture and alignment will influence your mental state and enhance your ability to focus.
We'll explore the three stages of meditation, concentration, contemplation, and absorption. Learning how to progress through each stage with confidence.
We’ll experience the many Traditional Kriya Meditations, including the five Vayu Meditation Kriya’s and more.
Pranayama is vital preparation for meditation. Specific pranayama is designed to enhance your breath control, balance your energy, and create the ideal condition for meditation.
This course will go beyond personal practice, empowering you to guide others in both pranayama and meditation. Ideal for yoga teachers, wellness coach, or simply someone who wants to share these practices with others, you’ll gain the knowledge and tools necessary to be an effective guide.
