Enter a sanctuary of deep relaxation and inner exploration with our Prathyahara workshop, a 2.5hr immersion into the transformative synergy of Yin Yoga and sound healing. As you surrender into the gentle, meditative poses of Yin Yoga, we target the vibrations of sound therapy in specific areas of the body in the shapes and guide you into a state of profound relaxation and self-discovery. Through this fusion we embark on a journey of inner exploration, delving into the depths of our being to find balance, peace, and transformation. Join us as we journey inward with Prathyahara to meet Winter's embrace.

Gather with us, let go a little through, our breath, a balancing YIN YOGA practice with sound therapy, a BLANKET of sound to drift within & sangha afternoon tea. @3pm-5.30pm Please wear warm comfortable clothing, layers so you can adjust, socks and bring your own mat if you choose and towel/blanket or sarong (to cover provided bolster)

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. In such case a credit note will be held on your account. Late cancellations & no shows incur full fee. Fully booked/sold out workshops will only be credited if the place can be transferred to another student.
